Report someone

Every profile and every chat has a Report button. Tell us what happened and we'll review it privately. Reasons include:

• Impersonation or fake profile
• Scam or attempt to get money
• Harassment or threats
• Inappropriate content
• Suspected minor (under 18)
• Spam
• Something else (tell us in your own words)

Block someone

Blocking removes someone from your introductions, matches and messages straight away. They can't contact you on Linkup again, and they aren't told that you blocked them.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and personal data from the Profile page. Deletion removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages from your inbox. A minimal audit record of the deletion request is kept privately for compliance purposes.

Dating safely

• Meet in public places for the first few dates.
• Tell a friend where you are going and check in afterwards.
• Never send money, gift cards, or crypto to someone you have not met.
• Trust your instincts. If something feels off, it usually is.
• Never share codes, passwords, or bank details.
